Petmate.com Cleanstep Litter Box & Flexible Litter Mat #Review

I stumbled upon a litter box unlike any I've seen before via Petmate.com. The Booda Dome Clean Step cat litter box is a covered litter box that has a built in ramp which helps eliminate escaping litter and keeps your cat's paws clean. Surprisingly, this litter box is 99% odor free.

The first thing I noticed while opening the package was a fairly large charcoal filter that attaches to the top portion of the box and is UN-noticeable when closed. This style is a little larger than your typical litter box. I wouldn't recommend it for a smaller apartment. However, for a typically single family home or larger this would be perfect.

With a removable lid and liners, clean-up seems much quicker and less dirtier. Personally, I've never tried liners before and I figured they'd be a waste of money due to my cat having front claws. I'm totally sold on the idea now and can't believe I've never picked up a pack to try. If you haven't tried liners you must!
