@Nutrisystem week six (No Weight Loss due to the HOLIDAYS) #NSNATION

For the past month and a half I've been following the Nutrisystem plan. Due to the holidays and what not I've taken the past week off and I've been inspired to cook and to try others dishes. Let's just say, I've gained two pounds back and I'm hating every ounce of it. I'm ready to get back on track and to hit 149! I can and I will.

Since I started Nutrisystem I've realized things have changed:
  1. I'm very conscious of how much water I drink daily. 
  2. My portions tend to be small. Yes, sometimes I have seconds. 
  3. I attempt to eat protein at every meal and try to add in fruits and vegetables through the day.
  4.  I try to exercise 3-5 times weekly
  5.  I attempt to get eight hours of sleep nightly.
This may sound cliche, I'm setting a goal for the new year. And yes,it deals with weight loss. I'm going to lose ten pounds by February 2013. Do you have any New Years goals?
