BEARPAW boots review (Kayla): My heart sunk..

Working with Randy (VP / Global Marketing & Brand Development), of BEARPAW. I realized first hand how amazing this company truly is. Not only did they offer to send me the super soft and stylish, Kayla boot. But took care of me when I had an issue with the item. After losing 45 pounds through the last six months I've found my foot size has changed from a size nine to a 8.5 and shoes fit differently. The Kayla boot's available in full sizes and I figured a size eight would work perfectly. I was wrong. I opened the box with excitement saw the super cute Kayla boots and quickly my right foot into the boot. Oh no! To my disappointment it was too small. I quickly e-mailed Randy and after a few minutes I received the quickest and sweetest responses:

"Hey Misty, let me get in touch with the office and they'll send out a new pair.   Do you know anyone that would wear a size eight that needs a need pair of boots this winter to keep 'em warm.  Just give them the size eight."

To my shock the company did not ask to have the item returned with a per-paid label or by my own method. They truly wanted someone to have the boots and someone in need who deserved them. My heart sunk. I've never had this happen with any review or any company in fact I work in Customer Service and I would honestly call Randy's boss up and give him a million kudos. I'm not sure who will receive the pair that will not keep me warm this upcoming fall and winter. But I will search high and low for the perfect Cinderella. Whether it be a friend of a friend who's having a rough time or a local women's and children's center.

The Kayla boot is fashionable and is highly functional. You can easily lace it up or fold it down to show off the super cute plaid logo. Measuring 8" tall this oily pressed cow suede has a rather soft foot-bed made from sheepskin. The Kaylas offered in black, charcoal, chocolate, Maple, and Cognac. and it is offered in sizes five through twelve. I still can't believe how inexpensive a boot of this quality is. The Kayla is available for $99.99 and will be worth every penny. Don't make a mistake like myself. I'm your typical Iowa girl who loves her flip flops but dares to run across a fresh blanket of snow and realizes after the many years of doing this my toes can't handle it. Slip on the boots, keep warm and look super cute in the Kayla by BEARPAW.
