Goat Cheese Log

INGREDIENTS:
1 8-11 oz. package goat cheese
1 Tbsp. prepared pesto
1/3 cup coarsely chopped pine nuts
1/3 cup coarsely chopped sundried tomatoes



DIRECTIONS:
Place goat cheese on shallow plate and brush pesto over goat cheese. Combine pine nuts and tomatoes and pour over goat cheese. Roll goat cheese in pine nut mixture, pressing mixture into goat cheese until evenly coated. Serve with New York Style Pita Chips.






Ricotta Raspberry Crunch
Prep Time: 5 Min
INGREDIENTS:
ricotta cheese
raspberry jam
sliced almonds


DIRECTIONS:
Spread ricotta cheese and raspberry jam on a Plain Panetini®. Top with sliced almond.
