Luquillo Fly Board is unique in Puerto Rico as it's the only available Fly Boarding company on the island. And on top this it's location is beyond phenomenal as it's located at one of the top beaches in Puerto Rico. If you are looking for a calm beach with beautiful scenery be sure to check out Luquillo Beach. 

With that being said I'm going to get to business and tell you about our experience with Luquillo Fly Board as well a introduce you to this sport. A Flyboard is a type of water jetpack/hoverboard that is attached to a personal water craft. In many cases a jet ski is used to supply propulsion to drive the Flyboard through air and water to perform a sport known as flyboarding. The Flyboard rider stands straight up on a board which is connected by a long hose to a watercraft. Water is then forced under pressure to a pair of boots with jet nozzles underneath which then provide thrust for the rider to fly up to 49ft in the air.

Generally, it takes under ten minutes to get used to the Flyboard and to get the generalized idea of how to maneuver with it.  And it's perfect for all ages (those who are mobile). To control a Flyboard you will want to keep your knees straight at all times and keep control of your feet. By pointing your feet to the right of left you can easily steer your way around. Never in my life have I Flyboarded and the euphoria of being on top of the water was intense and unlike anything else.

With two affordable purchasing packages offered. The basic starting at $60 for thirty minutes and the media package starting at $80.00 for 30 minutes which includes photos and videos. Luquillo Fly Board not only captures the moment but allows the guest to show off to their friends and family once back on the mainland.

Yaddiel, was fabulous in communicating with us and arranging a visit. As well as the others who instructed us and set us up with knowledge on how to get up and stay up. After our sessions were finalized we were offered water as a parting gift.
