Colgate recently expanded their Enamel Health line to include a new Colgate® Enamel Health™ Multi-Protection Toothpaste and a Colgate® Sensitive Toothbrush + Built-In Sensitivity Relief Pen. By brushing twice a day and flossing you can take steps in preventing enamel decay.
This product claims to:
- Replenish natural calcium for stronger, healthy enamel Provide protection against enamel erosion
- Have a multi-protection formula which helps relieve tooth sensitivity while fighting cavities, freshening breath, whitening and protecting against enamel erosion.
Colgate® Sensitive Toothbrush + Built-In Sensitivity Relief Pen has super soft bristles and a brush head which surrounds the entire tooth but is not over-bearing and uncomfortable for smaller mouths. The pain relief gel is not a numbing gel and doesn't have a flavor yet provides more relief than I initially expected it simply soothes the pain.
I have three addictions as of lately: coffee, lemon water and green tea. I personally bring on my fair share of damage and understand the risks of these drinks. Combine that damage with simply aging and one can only imagine the long term effects caused to tooth enamel.
I personally cannot vouch for the long term effects of these products but from the sensitivity standpoint you will be satisfied with the relief offered from the Colgate® Sensitive Toothbrush + Built-In Sensitivity Relief Pen. If your in the market to protect your enamel and suffer from sensitive teeth like myself I'd certainly check out these products.
