Grilling is one of my favorite past times and an experience I love sharing with
my friends and family. We used to have a grill until a few years ago
when it stopped working. Since it was unfix-able, it ended up on the
curb. When I came across Stephen's Stovetop
BBQ Grill, was intrigued and a little excited. Not only could I grill
when it's warm I could grill indoors during the really frigid Iowa
winters.
Stephen's Stovetop BBQ Grill must be used on a Gas Only stove Top. The grill has three separate pieces: The Base, Grill Top and Dip Tray. Each piece easily assembled by stacking one on-top of another.
The owner recommended grilling salmon and veggies and I definitely craved that. However, it came on a day I planned to make stuffed mushrooms. Following the instructions, I set the timer and move each mushroom after five or so minutes. Another five minutes and our little stove top meal was done. I was extremely shocked with how easy and fun it was to grill indoors, especially during the cold winter in Iowa!
Making the stuffed mushrooms I didn't follow a recipe I just eyed each ingredient as I always do. I honestly hate recipes and always change them somehow. Usually, the meal turns out way better. I was a little scared that the mushrooms wouldn't be as good as I wished. Shockingly, they were mouth watering delicious. I am more than ecstatic to find another excuse to use this grill tonight.
Now for the dreaded cleanup. The best part about Stephen's Stovetop Grill is that fact it's dishwasher safe. Typically, wouldn't suggest putting an item like this in our dishwasher but since it's a review item I tried this method and everything still works and looks like new.
