My confidence is coming back and I'm feeling really awesome lately with Nutrisystem. It's amazing how fifteen pounds can really change a person. I can feel a difference in my clothing and even the way I talk to others. The girls at work call me Ms. Extroverted. Hmm, is that a compliment?
As of April I really started pushing myself to eat on a more consistent schedule and to add more fruits and vegetables daily. I've also gone to the gym nine days so far for the month. To me, that's a huge accomplishment. Nutrisystem has been an easy transformation for me, and I feel I have changed my eating habits for good. I am thrilled to announce that I am down one more pound. I'm currently weighing in at 146 and this is the lowest number I've seen on my scale since college and I'm so thrilled to see 145 someday soon.
