Nutrisystem week 22. #NSNation #Spon



 The weeks have flown by so quick with Nutrisystem it's insane how easy this 'diet' is and I'm highly impressed with my results so far.Last week I announced I reached my lowest weight since college, 146 pounds.  This week wasn't as easy and I put on an additional two pounds topping the scale at 148 which made me question a few things.  I'm beginning to wondering if this fluctuation is due to water weight and or the addition of new muscle growth. Either or, I'm still wearing a size eight in jeans and a medium top so I'd have to say I'm content at the moment. There's always room for change and personal growth and I can't wait to see what the future has in store with me.
