Wow, I can't believe I've been on the Nutrisystem program for four consecutive months and I'm glad I had the opportunity to blog, post photos and to share my experience with all of my subscribers. Prior to Nutrisystem I lost fourty pounds on my own and I struggled to lose any further. With Nutrisystem I can proudly say I am 149 lbs. And my lowest weight was 147.8 lbs.
Reaching 147.8 lbs. wasn't easy at all. Through my challenge I have overcome a few plateau's and they honestly made me feel like giving up on losing weight. The day I hit 155 lbs I remember looking at the scale in excitement and in shock. I never thought I'd see that number. And the scale was pretty steady for a few months and didn't budge one bit.
All of a sudden out of the blue I saw a number that I hadn't seen since college, 149 lbs. I almost cried. I was ecstatic! My end goal would be 130 lbs. But, my next goal will be 140 lbs.
