Nutrisystem Week 2 #NSNation

Well, week two has passed and I can proudly say I finished out my week on Nutrisystem. Each week I will break it down for you - the good, the bad and the ugly!

Another week, and a good two pounds gone. It doesn't seem like much but let me explain. Last week was filled with friends and family and of course the good old turkey and fixings. With any diet or weight-loss plan you will always have a few bumps in the road. I've found that I tend to struggle when I'm around my family and friends. When I see others eating for group events I realized I felt a little jealous and disrespectful to the event cordinator/cook.

As another week approaches I look forward to losing more and pushing myself harder to overcome temptation.

Personally, I thought drinking 64 ounces of water would be a hassle or a burden. After a day or two I found that I actually liked it and craved it. The photo above is picture taken of Nutrisystem's bottle which gives you a visual perspective of what you should drink. I received A LOT of compliments on this! And I wish the program provided a few more.

I love sweets. Nutrisystems Red Velvet Whoopie Pie!

I really need to focus hard on this journey. I have all the tools, and I need to use them properly. Have you ever tried Nutrisystem or known of someone who has had success with the program?

  2. Regarding that water bottle. I hope I can purchase one somehow without buying the entire program?
