Little One Books offers a wide selection of books, music and videos for children from birth through age five. The company was created by Joan McCoy and Barney Cohen. They both have five grandchildren under the age of seven.

The store was created as they saw an unmet need in children's media. It's really cool that Barney and Joan personally hand selected and reviewed each and every item that they carry. They also have a section on why they chose the particular item on each individual page.

Ten Little Fingers and Ten Little Toes currently sales for $16.00. This book has a suggested age of birth to 12 months. This book is an easy reader and very rhythmic with rhyming text. Aiden and I read this last night prior to bed. He kept attempting to touch and flip the pages. We ended up reading it over and over and each time was as fun as the first.

The book shows babies smiling, giggling, hugging and even sucking their fingers. It shows babies of both gender and different cultures are represented. This book shows babies that all babies have ten fingers and ten toes.

I loved the water color and the soft colors that was used to depict realistic looking babies. The only thing I disliked was the pages considering this books for little kids it would be nice to see thicker pages or more durable pages. I would want this to last forever -- to pass down to his children someday!

I would give the company Little One Books 5 out 5 stars. I really like the fact that they give input on each selection!
