Eating well is good for your mental as well as physical health. The brain requires nutrients just like
your heart, muscles and lungs do. Fish is well known for boosting your brainpower and with that being said Tilapia has risen to the top as a seafood staple on American dinner tables. Recently, I was introduced to Regal Springs. They offer the freshest, all natural Tilapia fillets on the market. What makes Regal Springs stand out from the others on the market? Their cage raised Tilapia swim with the lake currents and are fed a high-quality diet made from US-grown Soy Beans, Premium Grains and Cereals. Which results in a firmer, clean tasting Tilapia fillet which is free from chemicals, hormones and antibiotics.
With the recent scare of mercury and contaminants in our fish supply this has led some fish lovers to
lay-low or completely avoid eating fish. However, Regal Springs not only test their waters once but multiple times to guarantee their Tilapia contains no mercury or other contaminants. Their fish are safe for all consumers, including pregnant or nursing women and young children. Inherently Gluten-Free, Regal Springs gives your family the peace of mind. Cooking fish is not only healthy, but easy and rewarding.
With that being said, I absolutely love to cook from scratch and prefer to offer my family healthy meal options. Tilapia, can either be dressed down or up. It really varies on your preference. Some people eat it plain -- cooked, fried or baked. Others like myself, add panko/Parmesan. The possibilities with Tilapia are endless. You can definitely get creative and Regal Springs has a few mouth watering Tilapia Recipes on their site. With 10lbs. of Tilapia in my freezer, I'm sure I'll have to try a few of these very soon. This company has great communication, fast turnaround time and the fish is absolutely delicious. Try Regal Springs for yourself!
