Nutrisystem Week #13! I received my first bear #SPON #NSNATION

 For every ten pounds lost, Nutrisystem sends out an awesome bear to remind you of your success. This week I received my first bear and realized I made it this far and I can make it even farther if I keep myself determined.

My ultimate goal is to lose three times this amount. This is a challenge and something I will win even if it takes me a lifetime to complete. My next goal isn't as big as the ten pound goal but it's a milestone. I'd like to lose another five pounds. The more I lose the more motivated I become.
