Educational Insights Smens® Pens Review

It seems like I always get to host fun reviews and giveaways for kids but you know sometimes I like to get fun stuff for myself to review and a few weeks ago Educational Insights gave me a chance to review an awesome product…Smens® Pens which come in a set of 10 gourmet scented pens!

Our Thoughts:

Educational Insights sent us a pack of 10 Smens® Pens to review. Needless to say I was pretty excited about the Smens® Pens and couldn’t wait to get each of them out of the package to give them a wiff…kind of sounds funny doesn’t it…excited to smell pens??? LOL!

Anyways, I was really expecting each of the pens to be lightly scented but I was very surprised when I had no trouble at all smelling each of the scents. I am loving the fact that I can keep my pens in their biodegradable plastic tube so that they will keep their scent even longer. Since my Smens® Pens arrived I’ve been using them about everyday and I even carry the Aloha around in my purse and I can’t tell you how wonderful it smells when I open up my purse to find something…awesome!

I’m also loving the fact that each of the pens are made from recycled newspapers because we are trying to go green and what better way right?! I have been using these pens for a few weeks now and I absolutely love them not only are they comfortable to write with but they also leave a soft scent in the air and on my hands that is very pleasant and well I don’t think I will mind having to write mounds of papers this semester as long as I have my favorite Smens® Pens on hand. Of all the scents available I have to say my favorites are: Aloha, Banana FoFana and Passion Fruit, but they are all awesome so it’s hard to just say three are my favorites but those are the ones I find myself looking for!

Bottom Line:

Smens® Pens rock…not only are they comfortable to write with but the fact that they smell so wonderful….well I guess you could say that these pens have it all! I’ve been using them for quite sometime now and I keep each of them in their plastic tubs when I’m not using them but their scent is still just as strong and wonderful as it was the day I took them out of the package for the first time. I am really looking forward to having my favorite Smens® Pens in my backpack over the next couple of semesters at college!

If you are looking for a fun and unique gift I would highly recommend Smens® Pens they just make homework or any type of writing so much more fun! I’m thinking that these would be perfect for a tween just starting out writing in a diary, to make it extra fun and personal!
